1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at https://rmoabusinessinstitute.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. About RMOA Business Institute

RMOA Business Institute ("RBI," "we," "our," or "us") is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering military members, veterans, and civilians through entrepreneurship education and business training. Our 12-week program provides participants with the knowledge, skills, and network needed to launch and grow successful businesses.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate RMOA Business Institute, an RBI employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

4. Program Enrollment & Payments

Enrollment in RBI programs is subject to the following conditions:

• Application: Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment. RBI reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
• Tuition: Program tuition is $1,800 (full payment) or $1,950 (payment plan). All fees are clearly disclosed prior to payment.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method.
• Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of enrollment confirmation. Refunds are not available after the program cohort has commenced. Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cohort Scheduling: RBI reserves the right to reschedule or cancel cohorts due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Enrolled participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or transfer to a future cohort.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software — are owned by RMOA Business Institute or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

6. User-Submitted Content

By submitting any content to us — including application materials, testimonials, or communications — you grant RMOA Business Institute a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any media for purposes related to our mission. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RMOA BUSINESS INSTITUTE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RMOA BUSINESS INSTITUTE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND VOLUNTEERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR OUR PROGRAMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO RBI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RMOA Business Institute and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by RMOA Business Institute. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.
