Fellow Graduate Class of 2017
The individuals are the 2017 RBI Fellow Graduates and the President/CEO of Blue Force Security Services, LLC. They describe how participating in the RBI course significantly expanded their critical thinking and contributed to the growth of their business. The course provided valuable tools, resources, and mentorship, which helped elevate their business to new heights.
Revenue grew from $30K to over $850K after completing the program.
Fellow Graduate Class of 2018
Talooka Studio was only established for 6 months when I joined RBI. I was still learning and trying to figure out how to run our business. RBI facilitated thought provoking conversation and guided me through defining goals and a clear plan to move forward. RBI definitely accelerated the learning curve and provided a knowledgeable group to exchange ideas and business strategy that I would not have had otherwise. I would like to thank Col. Jim George for allowing Talooka Studio to join RBI and reap the benefits of shared knowledge over this past year. It was definitely a priceless experience.
Fellow Graduate Class of 2019
The opportunity to engage with former military leaders and current business professionals at RBI offered a very unique experience to learn the intricacies of running a business, leveraging experiences learned in the military and applying them towards leading in the corporate world. Through insightful discussions and mentorship, I gained a deeper understanding of strategic decision-making, resource management, and effective leadership. It was a very rewarding experience and enabled me to become a better leader and savvy management professional. The skills I acquired not only improved my ability to navigate challenges but also equipped me to drive my business forward with confidence.
